The income-gap, Social Security, and RMD calculators use simplified assumptions to illustrate general concepts. 3. Insurance and annuity disclosures

Gregory Piorkowski is a licensed insurance producer. Insurance and annuity products are offered through Piorkowski Insurance Agency and are not insured by the FDIC or any federal agency, are not bank deposits, and are not guaranteed by any bank. Annuities are long-term products designed for retirement income. All guarantees are backed solely by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Withdrawals may be subject to surrender charges and, if taken before age 59½, a 10% federal tax penalty. Fixed Indexed Annuities are not stock-market investments and do not directly participate in any stock or equity investment; interest credited is based on a formula that may include a participation rate, cap, or spread.

4. No client relationship formed online

Submitting a form or using a tool on this site does not by itself create a client, agency, or advisory relationship. A relationship is established only through a signed agreement or placed policy.
